World Sites Atlas (Sitesatlas.com) cannot guarantee that the data presented in its map products is error free. Our map products are intended for reference purposes only and not for navigation. We will accept no liability for consequential and indirect damages arising from the use of our map products.

Delivery Policy

When you have completed the payment process, please send the order/receipt number you received during the transaction to mapping@sitesatlas.com. Within 24 hours (usually much less), you will be sent an e-mail containing either your finalized files in an attachment or, if they are too large, instructions to download them from our web server. If you do not receive an e-mail from us or you are unable to download the items you purchased, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you have not contacted us after five days, the items you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.

Refund Policy

When you order a custom map from us, we will work closely with you to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with the product prior to purchase. We will make minor changes to your map at no additional cost and you will be asked to make payment only after you are completely satisfied with the final product. If, after purchasing a map, you are not fully satisfied with it for any reason, please contact us to see if adjustments can be made. Since we deliver digital products that can't be returned, once the final files have been sent to you, we will not issue a refund. However, if you have made a purchase by error or a duplicate transaction, please notify us immediately at mapping@sitesatlas.com and we will rectify the problem.
